Stephen G Savva FACP FICM

Steve has been involved in credit management all his working life and is the founder and Managing Director of CMT. He has been presenting training courses for many years and has earned an enviable and impressive reputation, culminating in being recognised as one of the leading experts in the credit profession. Steve has immense ability in ensuring participation by all delegates.This, combined with his ability to impart essential information in a most interesting easily understood manner, enables delegates to return to their workplace highly motivated, full of confidence and vital knowledge, which can be put to good use to their company's benefit.

James Jenkins MICM (Grad) FACP (Grad)

Jim has been involved in all aspects of Credit Management for more than twelve years and has recently joined Credit Management Training Ltd as Director of Training. He is a Graduate Member of the Institute of Credit Management and serves as Secretary to the Merseyside and North Wales Branch. Jims enthusiasm and passion is contagious and his skills have been put to the test in the music industry. He has written an official biography on the rock group Queen and is one of the organisers and presenters of Annual Queen Conferences, which attract thousands of people from all over the World. Jim is really excited about his new role with CMT and looks forward to sharing his knowledge and experience in the credit industry with everyone attending his training sessions.

Marie H Rule (LLB)

Marie has extensive knowledge of Debt Recovery from both a Local Government and Private Enterprise perspective and is currently employed as a Litigation and Recovery Officer for a Local Authority. She is a member of the Law Society and has completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice, which has grounded her knowledge in the areas of Debt Recovery and the Legal procedures involved. Marie presents cases in the Courts, on behalf of a Local Council and this has successfully enabled her to bring a satisfactory conclusion to numerous cases. Marie also uses her knowledge and experience to decide the most appropriate enforcement action in each case. Her expert comprehension of this area enables delegates to gain a firstrate insight into the mechanism of the legal procedures for debt recovery from a first hand account. It is fair to say that as a rule Marie will keep you thoroughly absorbed.

Paul Clough

Paul is an international NLP trainer and coach and has an ultimate vision to be the best coach/therapist/ inspirer/ guide/ awakener he can be. He constantly seeks new skills and learnings through advanced levels of Neuro Linguistic Programming, Time Line TherapyTM, Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy to improve both himself and everyone he works with. Before becoming a personal coach and trainer Paul has held directorships in businesses since he was 29 and has a vast amount of experience of how life really is in the business world. This together with his passion for assisting people to reach their potential and his special skills form a unique foundation for success.
