Steve Savva ( FACP FICM )

Steve Savva Steve has been involved in credit management for over 30 years and he is a truly grass roots credit manager. He "cut his teeth" on a major corporate household name and developed a formidable reputation for dealing with difficult customers.

Steve has been presenting training courses in credit management for more than 19 years and has earned an enviable and impressive reputation culminating in being recognised as one of the leading speakers in the world of credit management.

Gerry Barron Gerry has spent more than 20 years as head of debt recovery for two of the UKs largest firms of solicitors outside London. He holds a post graduate Diploma in Management and a Masters Degree in Business Administration.

Gerry has been presenting courses on management issues as well as debt collection, legal actions and insolvency matters, for more than 10 years. He has also made extensive studies into the problems associated with change in the business environment.

Affectionately known as the Rottweiler of debt recovery, his infectious humour and charming personality enables him to present his courses in a lively, meaningful style.

Gerry presents day three of our Diploma in Credit Management and gives delegates an excellent insight into the daily workings of the legal process on debt collection. He also talks about insolvency procedures and explains the different types of insolvency .

Louise Donaldson (FACP MICM )

Louise Donaldson Louise has been working in credit management for more than 18 years and has experience across a broad range of industries. She has encountered all of the problems involved in credit control and is a great believer in dealing with them head on. Her knowledge of the credit control function has been gained at grass roots level and she has consistently been a high achiever in her variety of roles. She also has extensive knowledge of the legal system, having run in-house debt recovery departments.

Louise is an expert in query management, systems and procedures particularly in large corporations. Her experience also covers training credit professionals on an individual or group basis.
