Debt Mediation
Our unique mediation service is designed to "repair the link” between you and your customers'.
By contacting or meeting with your customers' in their homes we aim to understand fully their financial circumstances and the reasons behind why they find difficulty paying you.
Upon establishing this understanding we aim to negotiate on your behalf and recommend to you a solution which we believe is both fair and reasonable upon both parties. Our recommendations are provided with a full supporting summary of the customers' circumstances, including a validated statement of their income and expenditure.
In situations when we have either not been able to establish contact with your customer or contact is established yet they are unwilling to discuss their circumstances with us we will report this back to you with as much background information as possible. For example, we may have established the fact your customers' have moved from the last known address and are living elsewhere and/or tenants or another party is now living at the address. Either way, we will provide you with as much information as possible.
Our fees are a reflection of our success and so are higher on cases in which we have met with and explored your customers' circumstances and provided you with a repayment recommendation than on those cases where we have not been able to achieve this.
